Because our inventory includes genuine, preowned, and vintage items, our refund and sales policies are structured to reflect the unique nature of our portfolio.

⚖️ 1. Legal Authenticity & The First Sale Doctrine

All physical goods, media (including DVDs and physical discs), trading cards, and stickers offered in our store are 100% authentic, officially licensed items sourced from personal collections and legitimate secondary markets.

In strict accordance with United States Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. § 109—The First Sale Doctrine), once an authentic copyright or trademark owner sells an item into the marketplace, the right to distribute and resell that specific physical item transfers to the buyer. Magic Unique Treasures operates fully within its statutory rights under U.S. federal law to resell these genuine, preowned products. We do not manufacture, replicate, or distribute counterfeit goods or unauthorized reproductions. [1]

📦 2. "As-Is" Condition of Preowned Items

  • Vintage & Preowned Status: Unless explicitly marked as "Brand New / Sealed," items in our shop are sold in preowned, vintage, or gently used condition.
  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to document, describe, and photograph any minor shelf wear, aging, or cosmetic imperfections. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are reviewing and accepting the item's described condition.

🔄 3. Returns & Refunds Timeline

We want you to be completely satisfied with your treasure. We offer a 14-day return window under the following strict conditions:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. If an item was sold as "Factory Sealed" or "New in Box," it cannot be returned if the plastic wrap, seal, or original packaging has been opened, broken, or altered.
  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from the listing description. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their collectible nature, safety, or digital components: [1]

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account.
