SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS
We make every effort to fulfill and dispatch your nostalgic treasures quickly and securely. By purchasing from Magic Unique Treasures, you agree to the following shipping terms:
  • Processing Time: Unless otherwise specified in the product description, standard order processing and packaging take 1 to 3 business days before transit. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or official federal holidays. [1]
  • Carrier Liability: Risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you, the buyer, the moment the package is transferred to our shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We are not legally or financially liable for shipping delays, severe weather disruptions, route reroutes, or packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but stolen from your property (porch piracy).
  • Incorrect Address Fees: You are entirely responsible for providing an accurate, fully complete, and validated delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an "Insufficient Address," "Unclaimed" status, or delivery error on your part, you must pay additional shipping charges to have the item re-sent. Original shipping costs are completely non-refundable.
  • Tracking and Delivery: A tracking number will be emailed to you immediately upon label printing. It is your responsibility to monitor this tracking information and contact the carrier directly regarding localized transit or drop-off issues.
